Rental Policies

Insurance: Mandatory liability insurance charge is added to every ATV, Snowmobile, PWC and Boat rental for each rental day. Collision damage Waiver (CDW) Insurance with $1200.00 deductible per ATV, Snowmobile, PWC, UTV and Boat, per rental day is available (optional).

Deposit: There is a refundable deposit required for each ATV, Side by Side, Snowmobile, PWC, and Boat rental.

Tax: All Rentals are subject to Wisconsin State Sales Tax of 5.5%.

Rental Policy

Riders under the age of 18 years must be accompanied a by parent or legal guardian and provide Clam Lake Power Sports, LLC with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. They must also must also possess a valid Safety Certification as required by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

If a particular model of ATV, Snowmobile, PWC or Boat, is not available we reserve the right to substitute it with a different model.

Renter is responsible for: returning rented ATV, Snowmobile, PWC or Boat to our location no matter what the cause including mechanical breakdown. If we need to travel to recover any or our rented inventory there will be a charge of $40.00 per hr and $1.00 per mile.

Renter agrees to be personally liable and financially responsible: for all loss of and damage caused to any ATV, Snowmobile, PWC or Boat, other vehicle or equipment regardless of whether or not I have forfeited a damage deposit. RENTER AGREES TO PAY FOR ALL SUCH LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE (unless CDW has been purchased as part of the rental agreement).

The renter hereby acknowledges: that riding ATVs, Snowmobiles, PWC and operating Boats with other like vehicles and riders can be a dangerous activity, with a high risk of serious bodily injury or death to others or oneself. Clam Lake Power Sports, LLC strongly urges any renter and other riders to have medical insurance prior to engaging in any of these activities. Clam Lake Power Sports, LLC does not provide any form of medical insurance and advises that serious injuries can be financially devastating.

Renter understands the risks include, among other things: There is the possibility of rough terrain. Passengers can be jolted, jarred, bounced, thrown and otherwise shaken during any of the related power sport activities; it is possible that riders could be injured if they come into contact with other passengers or equipment; Injuries can be sustained from the trail, equipment or from items on the trail such as holes, bumps, ruts, waves, ruff water, snow and ice, obstacles, tree limbs and branches or rocks; major injuries are a risk as are bruises and sprains; further, riders or passengers can be thrown off the vehicles which can result in any of the above events occurring; collisions, and flipping over; accidents can occur in remote places without medical facilities; the machine itself may fail; and slips and falls are always a possibility.

Must possess a photo ID to rent and be 18 year of age or older.

Must be atleast 30 years of age or older to be eligible for a side by side rental.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled with more than 14 days notice deposit will be refunded in full minus 15% processing fee. Reservations canceled with less than 14 days notice will result in total deposit being forfeited unless weather conditions are such that it is outside of your control to fulfill the rental contact then deposits will be refunded in full minus 15% processing fee.

Privacy Policy: Clam Lake Power Sports, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process the purchasing of your rental(s), and to inform you about upcoming events. Your information will not be shared with any outside parties.
